Buying a property can be daunting and stressful

As a buying agent, I am here to take all of that away. Here is an outline of the process and a guided timeline.

Our Initial phone call or face-to-face meeting is to understand your brief in full. Detailed and thorough questioning will enable me to understand your requirements for your new home. This will include understanding your budget and timeline.

I will preview properties on your behalf and send videos and pictures before we will arrange a viewing for you. You will be able to view properties with ease knowing that I am managing the full process for you. I will be there with you every step of the way so that you have my partnership, knowledge, and expertise at your disposal. I will ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.

Once we find you a home you would like to buy I will guide you through the offering process and we will discuss the best strategy. If the property is off market, and sometimes direct with an owner it will be a simple discussion to close the deal.

However sometimes we will need to bid against multiple bidders. Clear communication and a well thought out strategy will help to give us a competitive edge in securing the deal.

I have a handful of excellent surveyors that I can call on for fast reporting. I can organise the whole process for you.

If any experts are needed for reassurance I will arrange this in order for you to have sound advice and thorough due diligence prior to instructing solicitors.

I have a preferred supplier list of solicitors whom I can trust with confidence to enable a smooth process. If you wish to use your own preferred team I will work with them every step of the way to ensure thorough due diligence and a quick exchange

Completion & beyond…

I will help to negotiate a completion date so we have a time frame to arrange and organise your move.

If you require any site visits for builders, architects, interior designers, or planning advisors I can help to facilitate this.

If you require recommendations for the above or further tradespeople, my little black book is always open!

Once completed, a full handover of the property will be done and keys will be handed over.
